Vendor Management Analyst

Kforce is seeking a Vendor Management Analyst in Scottsdale, AZ. This contract role involves maintaining vendor master data in SAP, serving as the primary vendor contact for updates and support, and collaborating with various departments to validate information. The analyst will also develop scorecards, recommend process improvements, track vendor KPIs, and assist with onboarding and special projects.

Must Have

• Maintain and update vendor master data in SAP and the vendor management platform
• Serve as the primary vendor contact for profile updates, onboarding, and support
• Route vendor exceptions to appropriate management for approval
• Collaborate with procurement, site operations, and accounts payable to validate vendor information
• Develop functional scorecards and ensure standardized execution across the organization
• Recommend and implement improvements to vendor creation and master data processes
• Create and track vendor KPI's with internal teams and stakeholders
• Perform data analysis to resolve inconsistencies, missing information, and validation issues in vendor profiles
• Support onboarding of vendors into 3rd-party systems and provide clear instruction during the onboarding process
• Assist with special projects and process-improvement initiatives as assigned
• 3+ years in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain
• 2+ years of master data management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
